Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or through the returns portal.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging or a secure shipping box.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
